Any child can be enrolled at St. Mary’s Preschool. We are an Early Childhood centre that serves the whole of the Marlborough Community.

We feed children into every Primary School in Marlborough from Ward to Marlborough Sounds.

St Mary’s Pre-School is a registered Charity and we are also an incorporated society. We are able to receive and receipt donations. We are a non profit community organisiation.

We charge little to no fees to our families because we believe all children should have the opportunity of receiving a quality Early Childhood Education. We are Government funded and all funding received goes back into our centre.

We have a Board of Governors that take care of the governance side of our organisation. This group is made up of parents and Parish Representatives. Meetings are held monthly and all parents of enrolled children are welcome to attend. Refer to our section on Board of Governors for more details.

We have a committee of parents called the F.A.S.T team (Fundraising And Social Team) who run several fundraising drives a year, to purchase extra equipment for the children, as well as the Christmas party.

In 2012, the fundraising team, along with all our families raised a mammoth $10,000 to go towards to the revamp of our centre in the January 2013 holidays.
