We held our Matariki Celebration in July.
Matariki is the start of the Māori New Year. We celebrate the wonderful place in which we live, and give respect to the land we live on.

We were blessed to have so many of our families come out on a chilly winter evening to celebrate with us. To make this night even more special, five of the families in attendance were second generation families! Children that used to attend our preschool, now have children of their own who attend our wonderful wee preschool. Even taught by one of the same kaiako!
